1. Financing

We offer financing through Beacon Hill Funding. Simply visit our website and click the “Financing” tab on the homepage to get started.

Please note:

Commercial vehicle financing typically takes 3–4 business days to complete.
Same-day financing and vehicle pickup are not available at our office.

2. Vehicle Availability

Inventory changes quickly. A vehicle may currently be receiving its fresh PA inspection or in the process of being sold to another customer. Please call ahead before traveling to view a vehicle.

3. Vehicle Holds & Deposits

We accept a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold a vehicle for up to 14 days.

Vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-deposit basis and cannot be guaranteed without a deposit.

4. Test Drive Policy

We welcome all customers to inspect vehicles thoroughly, including starting them up and looking underneath. However, because we are a commercial truck dealership—not a traditional new car dealership—test drives are available only after the following questions are addressed:

        1. Do you have financing secured or are you paying cash? 
	2. Do you have a trade? How much do you need for it? Do you have to trade it? 		
        3. Are you willing to pay our asking price?
	4. If it runs and drives the way it should, are you willing to buy it or put down a deposit?

5. Out-of-State Buyers

We can assist out-of-state buyers from Maryland, New York, Virginia, Ohio, and all across the U.S. with:

6. Pennsylvania Business Registration Requirements
If registering the vehicle in a business name in the State of PA, you must bring the following TWO documents along in order to process the title transfer:
        1. Bring ONE of the below documents
               (a) A utility bill in the name of the business; or, 
               (b) A government-issued business registration document or,         
               (c) Business formation documents (Articles of Incorporation, LLC Operating Agreement, Partnership Agreement, etc.)

         2. Letter on company letterhead stating that you are able to sign on behalf of the company.

7. Vehicle Inspection & Service

All vehicles are PA inspected by local mechanics to ensure they are mechanically sound unless otherwise noted in the ad.

Please note:

Vehicles are sold with a current PA inspection and fresh oil change
Some vehicles may still be awaiting service at the time of inquiry
Tire pressure or ABS warning lights may occasionally remain on

If you are traveling a long distance, please call ahead for current vehicle status.

8. Cosmetic Wear

As with any used commercial vehicle, normal wear such as stone chips, scratches, or dings should be expected. Vehicles naturally experience wear over time.
